Coach Englund is a USA Swimming Bronze Certified Head Coach, entrepreneur, and former Fortune 250 corporate leader whose career blends competitive athletics with strategic business expertise. As owner and Head Coach of Triton Elite Coaching Services, and Head Coach at Seville Country Club Sharks (SCCS–an exclusive USA Swimming team based at Seville Country Club), she has built programs that expand access to competitive and developmental swimming in Arizona. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes technique, high performance, and positive culture, and she has guided swimmers to regional and state qualifying success.
Before pursuing coaching full-time, Jessica held senior creative leadership positions at Progressive Insurance and Cleveland Clinic, where she directed user experience, brand strategy, and digital innovation teams. She spearheaded award-winning projects that grew customer acquisition, improved retention, and fostered inclusive organizational cultures.
A former collegiate water polo team captain at Bowling Green State University, Jessica continues to bring her athlete’s mindset to her work, still training in the pool herself. She is also a local entrepreneur outside of swimming as owner of Nauti-Dog Handmade, a boutique lifestyle brand.
Passionate, creative, and community-driven, Jessica thrives on building high performing teams—whether in the pool or in business—that challenge limits and achieve lasting impact.

Coach Temple is a lifelong swimmer and coach whose passion for the sport started when she joined her first swim team at just six years old.
Originally from New Jersey, she went on to compete at the Division I level for Drexel University in Philadelphia, proudly representing the Dragons. After college, Alex transitioned into coaching, first as a volunteer with the Somerset County YMCA in Hillsborough, NJ, and later as an Assistant Coach for Lower Merion Aquatic Club (LMAC-PA), a respected USA Swimming program in Ardmore, Pennsylvania.
In 2024, Alex moved to Chandler, Arizona, where she continues to share her energy, experience, and love for swimming with athletes of all ages. A Masters swimmer herself, she is dedicated to helping swimmers reach their potential through strong technique, positive culture, and consistent encouragement. When she’s not on the pool deck, Alex enjoys working out, playing video games, and spending weekends at Canyon Lake. Her approachable coaching style and lifelong commitment to the sport make her an inspiring role model for the next generation of swimmers.
